		<description>great write up on this new use business of super-conductors, Joyce! Recently, I was looking at houses for sale in CA. Two of the neighborhoods had all wires (telephone and others) underground. It was a very subtle but dramatic difference. I “felt” something was different, but couldn’t put my finger on it until the realtor pointed it out. Seemed brilliant and obvious to me to do something that would be ice storm, snow, hurricane, and high wind proof, not to mention, make it easier to access (i.e. manholes? or something along those lines, no pun intended.)</description>
